As a Claims Assessor, you’ll manage a portfolio of travel insurance claims end-to-end, helping customers navigate the process with empathy, accuracy and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team that values continuous improvement and exceptional service.

What you'll do:
  • Manage and assess travel insurance claims from lodgement to resolution
  • Deliver timely and accurate decisions in line with policy terms and regulatory standards
  • Provide clear updates and guidance to customers throughout their claims journey
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to drive positive outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement
What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in general insurance claims (travel claims experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice (GICOP)
  • Ability to show empathy, build rapport and communicate clearly with customers
  • High attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and a willingness to learn
