1 x Senior Change Manager for a system implementation - 12 month fixed term contract

Both roles are FTC not day rate, located in CBD.

Skills overview:
  • 10 + years in Change Management, leading organisation and transformational change.
  • Develop the change management approach, plan and strategy. 
  • Communicates internally and externally, conduct interviews and assessments using a planned format and structure.
  • Provide operational direction, work closely with vendors and senior stakeholders to drive change.
  • Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools and techniques.

Must have:
  • Prosci or CMI accreditation.
  • Experience working on regulatory or system implementation projects
