We are hiring Engineers with strong Oracle Middleware and Integration experience to join a major banking transformation program spanning lending, originations, payments, and core banking platforms.
This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience across the Oracle Fusion Middleware stack, who enjoy solving complex integration challenges and working in large-scale enterprise environments.
This role offers a clear pathway into Oracle Banking Platform (OBP), with engineers intentionally hired from Oracle middleware and integration backgrounds and upskilled into core banking specialists.
You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and business teams to design, build, and support integrations across the Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) and Oracle Middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on engineering role delivering enterprise integration solutions
  • Design, develop and support integrations across Oracle Middleware and banking platforms
  • Build and maintain services using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB and related technologies
  • Support REST and SOAP-based integrations between internal and external systems
  • Implement routing, transformation, fault handling and error frameworks
  • Troubleshoot production issues using SQL Developer, Splunk and application logs
  • Contribute to technical documentation including flow diagrams and interface designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment

Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, including:
  • Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
  • Oracle SOA Suite
  • Oracle ADF
  • Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, WSDL/XSD
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL
  • Experience with WebLogic and enterprise application environments
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across complex systems
  • Confident communicator, able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable
  • Experience with Oracle Documaker and/or Oracle ODI
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or OCI)
  • Background in large-scale banking or transformation programs
