Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to work across divestment/separation/demerger programs.  The contract opportunities are initial 6 months engagement with the view to extend.

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong business end to end experience who can work with stakeholders from senior executives, to teams that deliver products and services. You will have the experience to address business focused projects that are high profile and high priority to the organisation.

Experience and background requirements include:
  • 8+ years as a Business focused Senior Business Analyst within a highly regulated environment
  • Strong process mapping/ requirements gathering
  • Gap analysis and assessing impacts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Workshop facilitation expertise
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to build relationships/rapport/influencing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Separation, Divestment, Mergers or Acquisition programs preferred or experience of working on regulatory/legislative projects for large financial institutions
  • Process modelling and QA assessment of business process activities
  • Strong stakeholder management across risk, legal and compliance
