This is an exciting opportunity for the right person who enjoys a challenge with proven experience managing a CRM project with the support of a cross functional project team.

The Role

We are looking for someone who prides themselves in exceptional stakeholder management, presentation and leadership skills with proven project management experience in the same or comparable industry. You will be responsible for the following:
  • Overseeing and managing the project delivery on one or more projects from concept through to procurement, execution and project closure
  • Work with the leaders of each work package to plan, estimate and schedule relevant project activities
  • Procure, engage and manage external vendor(s)
  • Plan and manage the delivery of project activities across all work packages
  • Plan, scope and on-board resources
  • Prepare and manage project-related deliverables
  • Monitor and control the project throughout execution
  • Actively identify, monitor and escalate risks, issues and dependencies
  • Liaise and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication
  • Actively plan, tracking progress and implement project plans
  • Identify and resolve project schedule issues and when necessary escalate to the appropriate level of management
  • Implement and adhere to project governance and frameworks
Essential Experience
  • Significant project and/or program management experience (5+ years)
  • Experience working in a professional services environment, and within Legal will be highly regarded
  • Ability to manage more than one project concurrently
  • Previous experience successfully delivering a CRM project
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering multi-faceted projects, that consist of business process change and internal technology work packages.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management techniques and practices including, scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk
  • Demonstrated experience managing and influencing a wide spectrum of stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain sound working relationships with colleagues and management
  • Strong communication skills; particularly ability to provide high-level written reports and presentations for senior audiences
  • Experienced in applying AGILE principles to project delivery
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent highly desirable
