Senior Change Manager - Cloud Migration

Our client is embarking on a transformative journey to migrate its business applications from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud. In partnership with a leading cloud vendor, this strategic initiative will modernize the IT landscape and enhance business agility.
We are seeking a Change or Senior Change Manager with deep expertise in IT infrastructure transformation—particularly cloud migration—to lead the change effort across the business. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive leader who can drive engagement, minimize disruption, and ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder, impact, and training needs analyses to inform change strategy.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans including communications, training, and readiness assessments.
Identify and mitigate people-related risks and resistance points.
Collaborate closely with business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
Apply change management methodology while tailoring approaches to suit project needs.

👤 About You
Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives, ideally in cloud migration (AWS preferred).
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and IT infrastructure environments.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) or equivalent experience.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
