This role is responsible for setting up and delivering successful program & project outcomes for the implementation of a complex enterprise asset management platform that will provide a single view across all asset classes of the organisation. Accountability includes the initial delivery of POC and eventual roll-out the full solution. The role requires outstanding stakeholder management, strong end to end program management and governance, thorough commercial/financial literacy and matrix team leadership. A broad understanding of Enterprise Asset Management  and/or SAP is beneficial.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in leading successful delivery of complex IT Programs and Projects across a federated or multi-sourced environments inc government organisations
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage diverse stakeholder expectations across different divisions and delivery business benefits
  • Proven successful delivery of large Enterprise systems implementation/integration at Program level inc delivery of POC - Enterprise Asset management solutions and/or SAP knowledge is beneficial
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing and oral presentation to Executive and Senior Management.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (software development or systems integration) and industry standard project management accreditation such as MSP, Prince 2, Agile
