We're looking to engage a Procurement Officer / Category Manager for a 12month contract to support the Procurement Operations Manager in coordinating supplier identification through in-depth data and market research, and to also oversea the procurement lifecycle to improve operational efficiency for a high-profile organisation based in Sydney.

The role will see you conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with our client's sourcing strategies, and administer the procurement lifecycle, from purchase order generation to delivery coordination, with a focus on optimising operational efficiency. You'll also maintain supplier and contract records (onboarding and ongoing management of new suppliers), assist with identifying areas for process improvement through data analysis, and provide detail reports to key stakeholders around performance and optimisation.
