This role leads the end to end organisational change management for one or more streams of a large scale transformation within Corporate Services, this includes the development and implementation of change plans. The role requires Change and transformation management experience within NSW Government and experience with ERP and/or Shared Services transformation from a people perspective.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Demonstrated experience in end to end organisational change management in a NSW government organisation
  • Proven experience across the change project life cycle - stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and business readiness assessments, communication planning and execution
  • Strong analysis skills to identify risks and issues to ensure adoption
  • Previous experience designing and implementing metrics to measure to measure change effectiveness and readiness
  • Outstanding engagement skills with the ability build relationships in remote working environments
  • Knowledge of the project management life cycle
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience
