Looking for an all-round front end developer, who is an expert with JavaScript or TypeScript to lead a multi-million dollar Trade Finance refresh project for a leading Australian bank.

This is an initial 6 month contract likely to extend to at least November.

This is the first refresh in 13 years therefore a crucial project for the bank.

The daily rate for this contract role will depend on experience. 
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years software development with UI experience.
  • Hands on development experience using JavaScript
  • Guide development team on implementing best practice and accessible interfaces
  • Rapid design and testing methodology.
  • Work in pairs with the end user to implement customisations using proprietary language with GUI front-end
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering improvements in an Agile environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and productively engage with a broad variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment, be flexible and participate in all levels

You will be working closely with 1 other developer who will be guided by you, and a product owner. You will have the option add further resources if necessary.
