YOUR ROLE
Join the Employee Relations project team and support employees and managers with day-to-day queries in relation to Work Schedule and Timecard updates in UKG. Principal Responsibilities:
The support administrator, your will provide comprehensive support to users with the functional use of UKG, training of new users, and any problem shooting of issues encountered within the application.
You will be responsible for working with people managers to approve timesheets in readiness for Payroll Export each fortnight and processing of historical edits.
You will work collaboratively across the payroll function to contribute to seamless end-to-end service delivery that is client orientated and outcomes focused.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
Extensive experience in complex UKG multi-site industry
Experience in Time & Attendance and Payroll system administration (UKG/SAP)
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel
Ability work autonomously
Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources is desirable.
