The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in risk management, a talent for making strategic decisions, and the ability to foster a culture of risk awareness and mitigation. As the Head of Risk you will be tasked with leading and enhancing risk management strategies, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals and steering the company through complex challenges.

To be considered for the opportunity you must have:
  • A proven track record in a risk management leadership role within in an APRA regulated financial services business.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Post graduate qualifications or or relevant professional certification will be highly regarded,
