Head of Integration - Merger & Acquisition
Location: Sydney based
Start Date: March-April 2025
Employment Type: 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement
EthosBC, in partnership with our key client, is seeking an experienced Head of Business Integration with expertise in Merger & Acquisition (M&A). The successful candidate will lead a integration portfolio that includes portfolio planning, implementation, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration program and cross-functional teams.
Oversee high-level planning and delivery of M&A integration.
Ensure effective planning and governance of integration projects.
Manage project implementation and hypercare phases, across a complex, matrixed organisation

Required experience:
Due to the nature of the program, Financial Services experience in acquisition, divestment, separation, or transition programs is esssentail.
Portfolio delivery across a complex, and matrixed organisation
Demonstrated ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Strong understanding of program and business strategic direction, with the ability to apply these to process design .
Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to process and analyse complex information and data.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, large corporate environment.
Excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing resources and demands.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and influence.
