A high-profile enterprise organisation is going through a large multi-year HCM transformation program that will look to improve and streamline key people management services across a large userbase.
You will join a program team that will deliver significant improvements through the implementation and customisation of SuccessFactors, thus requiring a Solution Architect that has been through a number of SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs.
You will play a key role in the solution design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding and Core HR) in conjunction with the solution implementation partner.
You will provide Solution Architecture expertise to support the configuration of SAP SuccessFactors business processes, security roles, reports, and integrations and other customised requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for a strong blend of the following skills / experience:
7+ years of experience working in a similar role, ideally with some experience on the vendor side of SuccessFactors implementations (ideally you've gone through at least 2-3 large scale SAP SuccessFactors HCM transformation programs)
Strong customer focus with great stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Strong consulting skills - ability to lead workshops with multiple stakeholders and senior executive.
Strong HR functional skills (particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR)
Strong technical skills - expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA
Ability to manage multiple program/projects and priorities simultaneously
