Corporate Partnership - Higher Education to join a University

Primary purpose of the role
Create corporate partnerships, increase student enrolment and workforce integration
Primary Skills
- 9-10 years of experience in senior industry engagement, workforce development.
- High-impact industry partnerships with large employers, government, and professional bodies.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities, and develop tailored strategies to address them.
- Experience in revenue generation, partnership structuring, and alternative credentialing models.
- Negotiate complex agreements related to work-integrated learning (WIL)
- Education-to-employment pathways, applied learning methodologies, and vocational education trends
- Managing work-integrated learning programs, internships, or student placements in a corporate or industry setting.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, with credibility to engage at C-suite and government levels.
