This is an opportunity to join a growing international FinTech as it gears up for an IPO. The compliance team has a number of new starters waiting to join and be onboarded so the business are looking to get an experience contractor in for 6 months as the wider team get up to speed. A background in the CFD / Investments / Financial Markets would be highly desirable.

Role Responsibilities
  • Help the compliance team with AFCA complaints backlog
  • Work with the business to help draft ASIC responses/submissions
  • Help maintain and manager the Risk and Compliance Framework under the companies AFSL
  • Ad hoc generalist compliance work as and when required by the wider team
  • Compliance monitoring activity and maintence of legal documents (PDS, T&C's etc)

Role Requirements
  • 5 - 10 years Risk Management or Compliance experience
  • Background within Financail Markets / CFD / Investments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience liasing with AFCA / ASIC
  • Experience handling AFCA complaints
  • Happy to interact with senior executive stakeholders
