Role Title:  Community Connection Specialist
End Date: 30/06/2024 - High Possibility of Extension
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + super
Work Type: Full Time
Location: Sydney, CBD
WFH: 3 days office - 2 Home.

A high-profile Insurance Client are looking for a Community Connection Specialist to join their Culture and Inclusion Team.

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to bring to life Company’s Community Connection activities that enable strategic priorities and create a great people experience.

Your responsibilities:
  • You’ll have experience in driving community engagement and/or community-based programs, activities or partnerships.
  • This role works with a diverse cross-section of internal and external stakeholders, and you will be responsible for planning and making possible community-based activities that engage our people with opportunities to embed the Company’s way, create exceptional people experiences and support Company’s and divisional priorities.  
  • Promoting Charitable events/donations to internal employees
  • Promote Volunteer activities internally.
  • Fostering collaborative relationships internally and externally. 
Your capability and experience:
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • You have the demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple objectives to varied stakeholder groups. 
  • You’ll have the ability to work within and adapt to a changing environment with a high degree of flexibility. 
  • You can think laterally and creatively and demonstrate empathy.
  • You have extensive project or program management experience.
  • 3-5 Years experience within Corporate Industry
  • You have tertiary qualification/s in communications, social sciences, community development or related fields.
