We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation that supports businesses when things go wrong. Whether it’s a burst pipe or a delivery truck damaging someone else’s property, their customers rely on them to step in and sort things out fairly and efficiently. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised team member to join their Commercial Property Liability Claims team. Your role will be to guide business customers through the process when they’ve accidentally caused damage to someone else’s property — and help make things right.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Speak with businesses, their insurance brokers, and the people affected to understand what happened.
  • Manage each claim from start to finish — from when it’s first reported to when it’s resolved.
  • Make fair decisions based on internal guidelines and policies (full training provided).
  • Keep all parties informed with clear, helpful communication.
  • Liaise with internal teams including legal and technical experts.
  • Identify when someone needs extra support and act with empathy.
  • Contribute to team improvements and help refine processes.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in liability claims
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good judgement and ability to solve problems calmly and logically.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to your workload.
  • A caring, team-oriented mindset with the ability to support customers under pressure.
  • Confidence using computer systems or databases (training provided).
