IMMEDIATE - Business Process Analyst - AUD 680 plus super - NSW Government Project
Location                   :   Sydney
Initial contract        :   30/10/2025 (possible extension)
Working                   :   Parramatta + WFH ( Hybrid)
 
MUST HAVE : Government experience / Process mapping / BPMN

Primary purpose of the role
The Business Analyst contributes to the review and analysis of business intentions, services, processes and information needs in order to identify changes that lead to business improvements. The Business Analyst manages and coordinates the implementation and evaluation of business improvement projects to achieve

Primary Skills
  • Analysing and reviewing existing business process, systems, functions and data, and finding opportunities to refine and improve
    • Working with SME to establish and improve current processes.
    • Contributing to the development of program logic, process mapping and operating procedures and guides
    • Undertaking research to identify trends and assist the business determine priorities and solutionst
Deliverables
- Develop and use information material such as process descriptions, checklists, templates and guides
- Assist with training and implementing defined processes. Execute User Acceptance testing, providing test scripts, plans and coordination to test the solution and processes meet user need
- Facilitate new enhancement show cases, demonstrating to the SMEs how their requirements and processes are supported by system changes.
- Analyse and consolidate information to assist with the development of business cases
