We are working with an Australian Financial Institute to secure a Inside Sales Specialist with previous B2B sales experience
 
Key Information:
  • Package: Good base on offer
  • Incentives: No comms but there is an uncapped profit share / bonus component for all employees of this company based partially on performance, and partially on company performance (which has been great historically)

Your New Role:
This role is an Inside Sales opportunity for someone with Business to Business sales experience. This could be on the phone or in person, but you must be able to demonstrate some experience in this space. We are looking for someone to come in and utilise their strong stakeholder engagement skills, to partner with a portfolio of existing wealth managers to provide ongoing support and drive business growth for the client’s Wealth products.
 
This is an office based Sales role where you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, providing leads to Business Development Managers, building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients and managing a pipeline of new business.
 
About You:
  • You will have some previous B2B sales experience and be able to demonstrate prior success in a phone-based sales role.
  • Finance highly preferred but not needed
  • You will bring a genuine passion for delivering results and providing exceptional solutions to your clients' needs
  • You will display effectiveness in your planning, have the ability to be innovative and relish working in a diverse and fast paced environment
  • In addition, you will be an exceptional communicator who can positively influence teams with your energetic and proactive attitude.
