Company Overview

Exciting opportunity exists for an Agile Coach to change the ways of working for a well-known brand, this role will be working closely with the Finance team.

Role Overview 
  • Design and develop agile processes and practices to create a culture of collaboration and learning and actively demonstrate an agile mindset and agile ways of working in your daily activities
  • Coach others in the process of standardizing and documenting practices
  • Work with others to implement improvement processes across the enterprise designed to enable organizational ability to rapidly respond to upcoming challenges
  • Transformation Leadership team, build collaborative partnerships and provide regular updates related to performance, opportunities, risks and solutions.

Skills overview
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) / Agile Coaching / Product Owner / Release Train Engineer
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / in an agile delivery role for a team that was diligently applying agile/ Scrum principles, practices, and theory
  • Preferred is to have experience of SAFE framework and certified accordingly
  • Advanced experience in coaching teams on several levels in agile adoption and common agile frameworks and methods
