About the business:
A global general insurer with a strong presence in Australia. The business has undergone year-on-year growth  has been quite successful and are therefore looking for Actuarial Analysts / Senior Actuarial Analysts to join the team. The business values work life balance while also providing a supportive culture for budding actuaries to grow and develop their technical skillset. 



Responsibilities
  • Creating cutting-edge data-driven pricing solutions using GLM / GBMS for both Consumer and Commerical lines of business
  • Being a key touch point for individuals throughout the business on pricing related matter
  • Providing in-depth analysis and preparation of both internal and external data
  • Developing customer-level insights and associated pricing recommendation
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting for a diverse array of business stakeholders
  • Developing portfolio and model monitoring
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About yourself?
  • 2+ years of exposure to the General Insurance Industry
  • Exposure to SAS
  • Preference to those with GLM / GBM experience
  • Working towards the Fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries Australia
  • Strong work ethic and curious by nature.
