This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Workforce Manager, responsible for driving operational excellence in vendor and resource management across a large technology transformation. You will directly support vendor and resource management and apply relevant processes to derive efficiencies and prevent any adverse cost impacts.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the below:
  • Lead, manage and coordinate the RFP Process / Refresh
  • Organise and attend quarterly governance meetings with Panel firms.
  • Central contact point for all vendor matters (commercial and operations).
  • Facilitate the process for managed services / retainers / sub-tenders
  • Ensure Third Party Provider Compliance Requirements
  • Develop and maintain a procurement lifecycle guide for consistent application.
  • Develop and maintain an ecosystem around resource management

Required experince includes:
  • Experience in Vendor Management & Procurement
  • Experience working in, and with technology stakeholders
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
