The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary UX Lead to join our growing design team. You'll be responsible for shaping the user experience of our products, from initial research to final implementation. Leading the UX/UI design process, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire UX/UI design process, from user research and information architecture to prototyping and usability testing.
  • Develop and maintain a user-centered design philosophy within the team.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
  • Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • Previous experience in leading teams and managing projects end to end in a commercial setting
  • Extensive experience with Figma, including advanced features and plugins.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience or an interest in the Agricultural Industry
  • Experience working with E commerce marketplaces
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX/UI projects.
