We have a brilliant opportunity for a Technology Assurance Manager to be part of a ASX Listed Business. You will sit within the 2nd Line Risk Assurance team.

Duties:  
Accountable for preparing and delivering the annual assurance plan as approved by the Chief Risk Officer, Risk.
The plan must comply with risk Assurance standards which applies to SOX, prudential, operational risk, compliance, and project domains.
Perform reviews in line with the Risk and compliance assurance manual.
Prepare draft reports issued to stakeholders to ensure this lines up with risk and compliance assurance manual requirements and delivery of appropriate requirements and delivery of appropriate insight and conclusion.
Maintain and deliver the assurance plan.
Technology risk review of CORE technologies / project assurance / regulatory & prudential assurance (CPS 234/231/CPS910) / SOX (SOC1 or SOC2) assurance.
Conducting Thematic reviews / policy exemptions / database security reviews / group technology / controls assurance and ITGC’s.
 
Your background:  
Extensive experience within IT Audit (internal or external) or Technology risk. 
Relevant industry and other professional qualifications (e.g. CA, CISA, CRISC, CIA, CFA, FRM, MBA).
Experience within a 'Big 4' firm would be preferable or previous experience in IT audit from within a large financial services institution.
ITGC / Application reviews / GS007 audits / SOC 1 / SOC 2 / SOX – (clearly do not need all of this – but this is a quide.)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
High ethical standards with collaborative personality, possessing ability to identify, scope and solve issues.
Result oriented and able to work under pressure independently or as part of a team.
