Skills overview
Calendar, diary and inbox management
Preparing documents, presentations, minute / action taking and filing
Preparing purchase orders, paying invoices and expense reconciliation
Responsibilities overview
3-5 years administrative experience in a complex environment, must be financial services
Ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritise accordingly
Intermediate to Advanced experience in Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoin
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
This role requires people with long tenure in their previous roles.
