2 x Senior Security Solution Architect contract roles to sit within a high-profile cyber uplift program.

As part of a major initiative to increase it's cyber security capability, our client is embarking on a 3 year journey to uplift the way they manage and secure their assets, and are now looking to hire additional resources to support the delivery on this multi-year journey.

The role will see you support the program by providing solution architecture leadership, specifically in the area of cyber security controls, working with teams across IT and OT to ensure security-related standards, processes and procedures meet the desired levels and compliance obligations.

You'll perform in-depth analysis and development of target state architecture and roadmaps for the deployment of strategic and tactical security controls across a number of security domains, with respect to cyber security risk posture, internal standards and technology landscape.

What we're looking for:
  • 6+ years experience working in a similar role, acting as a Security Solution Architect, ideally in a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience creating designs for security solutions in a project / program environment
  • Good understanding of the information security, risk management, governance, business continuity management and business resiliency issues and threats impacting a large and complex organisation
  • Knowledge of and experience in applying security compliance, government policy and industry frameworks including at least some of the following:  SABSA, NIST, ISO 27001, ISO 27003, IEC 62443, NSW Cyber Security Policy or ASD ISM.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills and ability to work with stakeholders and vendors at all levels.
  • Desirable - Relevant tertiary qualification and professional security certifications/accreditations'
