We're looking for technically sound Risk & Compliance Managers with recent, hands-on experience in the Superannuation, Investment Platforms, or Insurance space. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Managers and Executive Managers in incident and issue management, risk and compliance advisory and framework reviews for the business.
  • Perform compliance assessments and provide compliance advice.
  • Provide risk management advice on strategic, regulatory change and remediation projects.
  • Work on ad hoc and strategic projects engagement and manage associated risks.
  • Provide training to the wealth business as a dedicated Line 2 resource.
  • Review and challenge key strategic initiatives.
  • Report on thematic reviews undertaken with the Risk team.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of operational risk and compliance experience, preferably in Wealth Management.
  • Strong stakeholder liaison and engagement skills.
  • Ability to present at Risk Forums and Leadership forums.
  • Commercial acumen, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Superannuation laws and regulations (SIS Act, Corporations Act, SPS prudential standards).
  • Experience in wealth & superannuation remediation projects is desirable.
