Leading global Fintech is seeking a high calibre Senior Finance Manager to take ownership for the delivery of the internal and external reporting for the APAC operations and it's associated entities as well as partnering with the business to provide meaningful management reporting, forecasting and planning for the Australian business.
      
Your key responsibilities will include:    
  • Ensure  all internal and external financial reporting for the APAC legal entities
  • Ownership of the management reporting function
  • Interpretation of AIFRS and development of accounting policies for the group 
  • Consult and develop technical papers in respect of new business initiatives 
  • Responsible for all forecasting and budgeting
  • Drive process and system change on an ad-hoc basis   
  • Ensure compliance with the risk and control framework
  • Develop and lead a team of qualified accountants
  
You will be CA / CPA qualified with a minimum 10 years' experience gained in either the Financial Services or Commercial sector. Proven technical accounting skills and experience with the preparation of statutory accounts and financial accounting in a medium to large ASX listed organisation are key requirements for this role. 

The ability to work effectively in a results driven environment coupled with a flair for identifying weaknesses and driving process change and automation will ensure your success in this role.
