Senior Digital Business Analyst

Our client is building the digital bank for the future.  Their team has grown to 60-strong and will ramp up further towards launch date in several months’ time.  Their head of product is looking for a multi-talented Senior Business Analyst with a strong delivery-focus to contribute in areas as diverse as requirements gathering, product development, risk and compliance, feature development and more.  You will bring a good blend of the following skills and experience:

• At least 5 years in a Business Analyst role

• Deep experience in Agile delivery

• At least 3 years in retail or corporate banking

• Good understanding of risk and compliance issues in banking

• Demonstrated experience in digital channels

• Experience in mobile app development projects

• Exceptional business communication skills

• Experience managing diverse business and technical stakeholders

• An ego-less willingness to roll your sleeves up and deliver

• A get-up-and-go attitude

This is a contract role that will likely convert to permanent for the right candidate.  The 60-strong team is excited to drive this offering to market and offers the opportunity to effectively work in a start-up environment backed by a corporate giant.  The program of work is market-leading and will be an excellent addition to the resume.  The daily rate is in the $800-900 range.
