We are working with a Wealth / Financial Services Enterprise to secure an experienced Senior Communications Manager with end to end experience from strategy to producing the artifacts
 
Key Information:
  • Daily Rate: Up to $1000 + super per day
  • Contract Length: 12 months initially
  • Extension: Expected – the program should take 18 months
  • Location: Melbourne OR Sydney: office locations Hawthorn / Camberwell for VIC and CBD for Sydney
  • Team is attending the office 2-3 days per week

Your Responsibilities:
  • End to end communications planning, including the narrative, key messages, FAQs and comms assets for different audiences including advisers, licensees, members and the company
  • Detailed month by month plan that included key "drops" of content for audiences that demonstrates momentum and build interest and excitement in the new platform, while appropriately setting and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Media releases and interview briefing notes for media opportunities, working in collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team
  • Working with the Transformation Change Management team to align external and internal messaging and communications and change communications delivered by Change Management.
 
About You:
  • You will have demonstrated experience in communications delivering transformation communication programs or strategic communications initiatives. Ideally you have worked successfully within large and complex organisations and will preferably have around 15 years’ experience
  • Significant experience and understanding of the Australian financial services industry, including the financial advice and platform markets is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to influence at the highest levels of an organisation.
