We are seeking an exceptional Change Manager to join an organisation wide transformation program to sit across the cultural change stream. You will play a pivotal role in driving our successful transformation. Working with the Head of Change and Culture and Leadership Stream Lead, you will lead the development and delivery of change plans to support the organisation transform its culture and strengthen leadership capabilities. You will provide the full range of change management support to drive and embed long lasting cultural change. My client is looking for a seasoned Culture and Leadership Change Manager, who has worked across Organisational wide culture change programs.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end change management services to support implementation including impact analysis,
Use a structured approach to independently develop and execute change management, communication and capability plans
Identify and proactively manage risks and issues associated with the impact of change and develop plans to mitigate
Prepare materials to build awareness and understanding of the new culture, and helping to bring to life the desired behaviours
Understand the impacts of change across the Bank to minimise saturation and delivery risk
Work collaboratively with all members of the program team to ensure the Culture and Leadership change initiatives are well integrated into the overall program change solution
Background:
Extensive experience leading organisations through transformational and cultural change in highly complex environments
At least 7 years’ culture change experience, preferably in the financial services sector or large consulting organisation
Demonstrated ability to develop and own change management strategies that integrate project streams with comprehensive change plans.
Experience working in high pressure program environments that are ambitious, with multiple streams of work and inter-connected timelines
Excellent writing and presentation skills
The ability to independently identify, analyse and solve problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Experience and exposure to agile ways of working is highly desirable

$1000 - $1150 per annum, Benefits: 900 - 1000 + super
