Senior Change Manager required for a financial services company for a fixed term contract.
Role details:
Experience delivering change into senior stakeholders and able to work effectively with all levels in an organisation.
Implementation of change management plans, change management artefacts, communications, impact assessments and business readiness activities including process maps and working with the business teams to complete procedure documentation.
Work with Project and Business Teams to support the training
Provide expertise, direct support and coaching to impacted business managers and frontline staff as they move through the change
Work with General Manager or C Suite, clear communication and stakeholder engagement required.
Skills required:
Demonstrated understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and how to use them in a changing environment.
Previous experience conducting impact assessments for technical change projects.
Must have worked on People & Culture projects in Financial Services, this is a fixed term contract, not day rate.
