Senior Change Manager required for a financial services company for a fixed term contract. 

Role details:
  • Experience delivering change into senior stakeholders and able to work effectively with all levels in an organisation.
  • Implementation of change management plans, change management artefacts, communications, impact assessments and business readiness activities including process maps and working with the business teams to complete procedure documentation.
  • Work with Project and Business Teams to support the training
  • Provide expertise, direct support and coaching to impacted business managers and frontline staff as they move through the change
  • Work with General Manager or C Suite, clear communication and stakeholder engagement required.

Skills required:
  • Demonstrated understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools and how to use them in a changing environment.
  • Previous experience conducting impact assessments for technical change projects.
  • Must have worked on People & Culture projects in Financial Services, this is a fixed term contract, not day rate.
