Company Overview
An insurance company requires a Senior  Business Analyst to join a growing team.

Role Overview
  • This role requires someone from a finance system background.
  • Work with stakeholders to perform gap analysis on the As-Is state and between the To Be State.
  • Analyse and map process flows, domain models, system data flows and associated life cycle events to determine and manage transition to the target state. 
  • Understanding of Finance projects and how finance works with the projects team.
  • Liaise with assigned Project Owners and Subject Matter Experts for prioritisation, elicitation and analysis of new business requests within associated projects. 
  • Define transitions of business processes to the strategic state, with interim/tactical states where needed. 

Skills Overview
  • 8 + years experience as a Business Analyst who has an Accountant background for a finance project
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated experience undertaking business process analysis and design to inform and enable quality project outcomes Strong problem solving and analysis skills. 
  • Ability to work with finance teams and projects team.
