Senior Business Analyst

My insurance client is currently recruiting a number of business-focused Senior Business Analysts in response to a burgeoning project pipeline and healthy portfolio budgets. There is a separate Technical Business Analyst practice so Technical BAs will not be considered for these roles.  To be a success in these roles you will have the following skills and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a business-focused Business Analyst

• Experience producing User Stories for Agile projects

• Process Analysis experience including AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping

• Experience gathering requirements from product and/or operational stakeholders

• Experience interfacing with Agile Product Owners

• Exceptional communication skills in documentation and requirements gathering settings

• Willingness and ability to operate effectively both in-person and virtually

• Experience in the insurance and/or broader financial services industries

This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit team with shared values that is outcome-focussed. Rates are in the $800-900 per day range for the right candidates.
