Our clients Capital business is investing in an exciting digital transformation that will transition all underlying core business technology from in-house systems to industry leading software-as-a-service solutions with a focus on Salesforce as a key pillar. 
You will report to the Product Owner for our clients Capitals Salesforce Platform and be focused on seeking out, developing and thoroughly defining Salesforce system requirements that drive improved efficiency and digitalisation across the entire deal lifecycle. Your day-to-day focus will be in analysing the business domain while stocking and grooming the product backlog with the Technology Delivery Team.
Ideally, you will be a detailed planner and expert communicator who is wholly committed to the discovery and development of robust solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product development, requirements analysis / definition and delivery
  • Investment Banking background, working with requirements oriented around financial services and taking them through to delivery
  • Development of user stories, success criteria and test cases to deliver a product
  • Proven experience working in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Past or current experience with product management, SCRUM or associated frameworks
  • Working closely with business SME’s to gather requirements and drive assessments to understand the feasibility of new systems or add-ons
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, attention to detail and ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical details into actionable insights
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities
  • Exposure to Salesforce will be of significant benefit
