We're in search of a Salesforce Administrator to join our client, a prominent player in Australia's energy sector. In this role, you'll spearhead the Salesforce platform capabilities. You'll work closely with stakeholders from various departments, deciphering their needs, devising practical solutions, and consistently enhancing the Salesforce platform to boost user engagement and maximize efficiency.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven track record of successfully configuring and customising Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, ideally within Salesforce.
  • Experience with Sales, Service, Voice, Amazon Connect, Heroku and Mulesoft.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated in previous roles.
 
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Design and implement user profiles, roles, and permissions, ensuring optimal access control and user experience.
  • Customise objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to streamline data capture and enhance user efficiency.
  • Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems for unified data and streamlined workflows.
  • Implement and maintain robust data hygiene practices through import/export processes, duplicate management, and data validation rules.
  • Provide prompt support to users, addressing questions, resolving technical issues, and offering proactive guidance.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials to onboard new users, enhance their Salesforce proficiency, and foster a culture of self-sufficiency.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and health, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
