Key leadership role within Line 2 Enterprise Risk • Permanent, full-time opportunity • Circa $180K
We have been exclusively engaged by a prominent financial institution to recruit a Manager – Risk Frameworks within its Enterprise Risk team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in strengthening the organisation’s risk maturity and embedding a proactive, forward-looking risk culture. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and teams across the business to design, implement and enhance enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks, policies, and tools that align with the organisation’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation’s enterprise risk management framework
Contribute to the development and maintenance of risk policies, tools and methodologies
Assist in preparing risk insights and reports for executive and board-level committees
Monitor emerging risks and regulatory developments to ensure frameworks remain current and fit for purpose
Collaborate with departments to uplift risk capability and culture across the organisation
Support the delivery of risk training and capability-building initiatives
Contribute to the enhancement of risk metrics, taxonomies and scenario testing frameworks
About You:
Extensive experience (8+ years) in enterprise risk management, ideally gained within financial services, regulatory environments, or related sectors
Strong understanding of risk governance, frameworks and compliance practices
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, policies and tools
Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in risk, compliance, finance, economics or related fields
The Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Frameworks, Enterprise Risk, you will join a collaborative Line 2 team that provides independent oversight and guidance on risk and compliance across the organisation.
