QA Engineer | Test Automation Engineer  – Playwright & JavaScript
Salary: Up to $160,000 + super + bonus
Location: Hybrid – 2 days in office  (Monday & Wednesday)

Key Responsibilities:
As a QA Engineer, you’ll be embedded within a collaborative squad responsible for building, testing, and optimising web and mobile banking features. You'll take ownership of
designing and executing test plans, setting up test environments, and delivering scalable automated solutions using Playwright and JavaScript.

You’ll also:
  • Develop, maintain, and run automated test suites across iOS, Android, and desktop platforms
  • Identify, document, and escalate bugs with precision and clarity
  • Ensure test coverage for every sprint and release cycle
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to embed quality at every stage
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing infrastructure and workflows
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
  • Solid background in test automation, especially using Playwright and JavaScript
  • Comfortable with manual and automated testing methods
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Charles Proxy, or BURP Suite
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C#
  • Skilled in version control (e.g. Git) and working within agile delivery teams
  • Testing certifications like ISTQB Foundation or ASTQB Mobile Testing are highly regarded
