You will be working alongside the developers and the Chief Product Officer to create and design amazing new features for an app with 25,000 subscribers with a goal to reach 100,000 over the next couple of years!

You will initially be the sole designer so definitely offers the opportunity to really put your stamp on the product, however the company definitely high growth plans.

Required skills:
  • Experience in designing apps that make complex processes simple and beautiful (bonus if it’s in a consumer product)
  • Experience in developing prototypes (ideally in Figma) to communicate ideas and gain feedback
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Ability to run customer research sessions and take meaningful insights from these sessions
  • Ability to seek and analyse usage metrics to drive design thinking
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A reasoned and pragmatic approach to design

This is a permanent role paying up to $120K + super.

Office location is in Brighton (15 minutes outside of the CBD) with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week (2 working from home).
