How will I help?
The collections program is in place to lay foundations for a single collections platform which will
replace multiple collections systems across the group. This role is within the program delivery team,
working closely with the various key stakeholders and assist in key deliverables as per
responsibilities assigned by the Program Director or their delegate.
This position is responsible for Power Curve collections solutions configuration / Build and testing.
In addition, this role is #LI-Hybrid and the role is open to interstate candidates.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Provide Power Curve Collections platform development expertise including availability, User
  • roles, Deployments, Triage support, File transfer, Database snapshots/ restores PCC
  • Connectivity, Views, Listeners , IDE , BPS , Webservices and API integration.
  • Design, develop, build, implement power curve collection solution as per the agreed user
  • stories and architecture.
  • Co-ordinate with peers /other developers allocated work as per agreed users’ stories and
  • technical build guidelines.
  • Peer review of solutions configuration, walkthrough and validation of defects.
  • Perform end-to-end testing activities including assistance in development of test script and
  • defect management.
  • Assist with interface specifications, technical build, and unit testing.
  • Provide status report for solution configuration activities in Jira / confluence.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience across the Power Curve Collections
development, strong stakeholder management experience and be self-driven. In addition to this,
your skills must include:

  • 5 + Hands on years’ experience in Power Curve Collections (2.2 and above) solution build /
  • configuration
  • Proven experience in the application of Power Curve Collections solutions to business
  • problems in large, multinational organisations.
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Jira / Confluence.
  • Strong awareness and understanding of Software development, hardware, networks,
  • software technologies and applications.
  • Development and deployment experience on more than one platform.
  • Exposure to multiple development methodologies with a preference to Agile development.
  • Experience with both packaged and custom build software.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish good working relationships at project level and with
  • Enterprise Architects.
