Working for this leading ASX listed Financial Services group you will join a high performing Group Finance team responsible for delivering  value-adding, insightful management reporting and analysis to the Board, CEO, CFO and ELT relating  to the strategic direction and performance of the group.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Performance reporting - performance analysis, monthly management reporting for the Group and Profit Announcement reporting to shareholders
  • Articulate key business drivers, provide critical insights to drive debate and deliver value-add analysis of all Group businesses
  • Assist with half year and year-end reporting deliverables, including the Profit Announcement, Annual Report, Pillar 3 and Analyst presentation packs
  • Peer benchmarking analysis, P&L and Balance Sheet deep dives
  • Drive productivity improvements across the team
Key skills and experience include:
  • CA/CPA/CFA qualified
  • Experience in management reporting/finance business partnering or financial control gained in the Banking / Financial Services sector
  • Prior experience gained in a Big 4 audit firm highly regarded. Specific experience in External Audit viewed favourably
  • Highly developed analytical and quantitative skills including experience building financial models to help support the business with decision making
