My client is looking for a Legal Advisor to join their team - they sits within the services sector.

Duties:
Advise on operations, clinician and commercial contracts (including government).
Support disputes, privacy matters, compliance, regulatory issues, and M&A/JV activity.
Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and operational teams.

What You Bring:
5–8 years PQE from a top/mid-tier firm or strong in-house team.
Experience in service industries (ideal).
Strong contract drafting/negotiation skills.
Knowledge of consumer/competition and privacy laws.
Experience in M&A/JVs and complaint handling (preferred).
LLB (or equivalent) and admission to practise in Australia, with support provided to gain NZ admission.
Must have Australian Citizenship or Citizenship for New Zealand.
You can be based in Sydney, Aukland or Brisbane.
