This organisation is a well-established and thriving organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to a strong and well renowned consultancy. We are currently seeking a IT Support Engineer with a focus on L1 and L2 support.

Skills & Experience required:
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in IT Service Desk Role
  • Vendor and User Management Experience
  • Support for all equipment including desk phones, headsets, trading turrets, corporate mobiles, phone recordings and VC systems
  • Experience with IT Procurement including preparing purchases of equipment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
