Digital Instructional Designer
Our client a leading NSW Government Department are looking for an Instructional Designer to lead the design and delivery of digital training modules in line with the the overall branding across their organisation.
This role focuses on the uplift of the digital learning content standards to ensure visually appealing template standards

Key Account abilities:
  • Gather the digital training requirements via the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process
  • Contribute to the design and development of digital learning strategy and digital curriculum building
  • Develop visually compelling digital learning content (including multimedia & animation content) in alignment with the digital learning curriculum
  • Design, develop and deliver digital learning modules to support the upskilling of impacted stakeholders according to the digital curriculum
  • Continually across the audience analysis, needs analysis, development of scope, design specifications & performance-based objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of experience in online content development and digital learning
  • High level of proficiency in digital learning design software, such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline and Vyond
  • High level of proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience with video capture and editing software
  • High level of understanding of the Office 365 ecosystem
  • Prior experience as a Graphic Design is highly beneficial
