My client is a leading Global Infrastructure Asset Manager with operations in key financial hubs across APAC, UK/Europe and the US.  They offer a range of listed and unlisted infrastructure and real estate funds and are recognised globally as a true market leader in their field.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Fund Finance team for an energetic and high performing Senior Accountant.  Working directly with the investment team and fund managers, this role will offer you fantastic exposure to the business and key responsibilities will include:
  • Broad fund transaction support 
  • Involvement in asset acquisition
  • Quarterly investor reporting 
    Review of all statutory reporting for the fund
  • Preparation of monthly management reporting and variance analysis
  • Drive forecasting and budgeting process
  • Partner closely with the business providing ongoing analysis 
  • Assist with fund structuring and ensure a strong control process is implemented across all funds

Key attributes required for this role include:
  • You will be confident, articulate and able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CA/CPA qualified (or close to full qualification)
  • Proven experience gained in a Chartered Accounting environment (Big 4 or 2nd tier CA experience looking for your 1st move into a commercial finance role)
  • Financial Accounting or Fund Accounting experience gained within the Asset Management or broader Financial Services sector.
  • Financial or Management Accounting experience gained in the infrastructure sector
  • Strong excel skills will be highly regarded, coupled with strong attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
