This role will support the replacement of the PPM tool including roll-out, adoption and ongoing administration. There will be also some support of the governance and assurance function.

We are looking for specific experience with PPM tools ideally implementation or administration. In addition we are seeking broad, all round PMO experience and knowledge such as governance and project management frameworks, assurance etc in large scale environments with multiple divisional PMOs or Portfolios.

Skills and Experience required:
  • Demonstrated experience with PPM tools set-up and roll-out (ideal), administration and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management, Governance and Assurance frameworks
  • Solid all-round experience within EPMO/PMO with a strategic PMO perspective
  • Experience in large scale EPMO and Portfolio environments
  • Proven experience in supporting a risks and issues process across the portfolio, ensuring critical risks are reported regularly and addressed appropriately
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience
