Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Digital  Business Analyst to work on a range of banking programs.  The contract opportunities are initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst with proven Digital experience across the on-boarding of new banking products and existing customer offerings. You will have the experience to address business focused activities against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The Project
You will work on a range of digital lead projects that might start as a discovery phase to define the scope then will follow for a phased approach to will deliver enhancements, change and uplifts to the existing customer portal.
You'll be running as a mature Agile feature team with the PM, developers and testers.
 
Key skill set/experience:
  • Digital experience is essential
  • Agile experience, ideally in a SAFE release train environment
  • Strong all-rounder Digital Business Analyst
  • A strong communicator with strong stakeholder management
  • Strong process mapping/re-engineering experience
  • Self-starter and delivery focused
  • Banking experience or experience working with a major customer facing entity.
  • The position will start in March once the necessary background checks are completed.
