Our client a leading NSW Government Department are looking for a Compliance Auditor to join their team on a contract until the end of July 2021 (with potential for extension)

Role requires candidate to work in a large team, closely work with Compliance Audit Team Leader, other Compliance Auditors as well as Project Managers. The candidate should possess good understanding of the project management environment and be able to multitask in accordance to the priority.

Please note the role requires travel for 80% of time across NSW state including overnight stays in regional locations

The Compliance Auditor(s) will be responsible for conducting and managing quality assurance audits on the cyclical Asset compliance programs: Vacant Restoration Program, Fire Safety Program, Property Assessment Survey (PAS) Program, Detailed Property Assessment Surveys (DPAS) Program, and Change of Use (COU) program. This team will also respond to any ad hoc requests for professional advice related to compliance and regulations. This role will predominantly focus on Vacant Restoration program.
 
In order to be eligible for this role you will have:
  • Degree or diploma in construction industry
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in the residential construction sector
  • Experience working in the project management environment would be preferable
  • Experience working in the type of works such as asset maintenance, condition assessment, dilapidation report preparation, etc. would be ideal
