We are currently seeking passionate Claims Consultants, Case Managers for our Workers Compensation and Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims team. This position emphasizes providing outstanding customer service while adeptly handling a portfolio of intricate personal injury claims. The goal is to ensure adherence to legislative and regulatory requirements, facilitating timely and cost-efficient resolutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage claims in alignment with regulatory guidelines to facilitate quick resolutions.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders and promptly address activities and incoming correspondence to expedite the resolution of claims. By doing so across your portfolio, you will ensure optimal outcomes within the shortest possible timeframes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address claims efficiently, ensuring all communications and actions are timely.
  • Assess rehabilitation needs and manage payments in accordance with regulatory timeframes.Collaborate with internal teams to discuss strategies and file direction, enhancing claim outcomes.
  • Maintain effective file management practices and utilize reporting systems for proactive management.
  • Manage and negotiate pre-proceedings and litigated claims through effective communication with claimants and solicitors, utilizing phone calls, written correspondence, and participation in settlement conferences and hearings
  • Identify claimants who are not progressing as expected and collaborate with the Injury Management Advisor to create proactive strategies that support their recovery and facilitate optimal medical improvement.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience: at least 6 Months + in insurance
  • Experience within Personal Injury, Return to work or Workers compensation is desirable
